Meet the panelists:

·         Khalil Khouy  is Data Science Manager at Sia Partners global consulting group.  Khalil has a number of degrees from University of North Carolina Charlotte including BS Business & Management, BS Accounting, Masters Data Science, and currently working on PhD in Information Technology specializing in Artificial Intelligence.  He has almost 10 years industry experience working for Wells Fargo and Sia Partners.

·         Tim Eastridge of Eastridge Analytics consulting group.  Tim has recently started his own data analytics firm, Eastridge Analytics, where he can leverage his 20 years of industry experience to help corporations leverage their data in efficient and explainable ways.  Tim has developed an explainable machine learning solution that helps financial institutions explain in human terms what the machines are recommending.

·         Chris Conlan of Conlan Scientific  Chris Conlan is the founder and CEO of Conlan Scientific, a financial data science consultancy based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. He works with his team of data scientists to build machine learning solutions for banks, lenders, investors, traders, and fintech companies.  Chris recently moved family, company and employees from Washington, DC to Charlotte.
